ITALIAN MIGRANTS STATEMENT BY MINISTER CANBERRA, Dec. 10. In the House of Representatives, Mr, Blakeley made a statement concerning the prohibited Italians. He said that while the Commonwealth had already overlooked the ease of a number of Italians, who in the'past bad entered the Commonwealth irregularly, those now arriving would he prevented from landing in accordance with the new agreement made with the Italian Government, under which only female relatives and children of those already in Australia were permitted to enter.
