REFORMER’S SUGGESTION (Per Press Association.' WHANGARFI, this day. Speaking at a big meeting of representative Reformers at Maungaluroto yesterday, the chairman, -Mr. H. \V. Crawford, of Wlinngnrei, urged a reduction of members of Parliament by one-third, to ensure greater expedition m the handling of the business of Stiite, and reducing tlie cost of government, which was now altogether too great.
