NEW ENGLISH SCHEME THIRD-PARTY INSURANCE (Received Nov, 25, noon.) LONDON, Nov. 24. Tin* new motor insurance certificates, covering third-party risks, are parch-ment-like documents Njin. by 4.1 in. They define the limitations imposed oil all motorists, record the name of the holder, and the number of the car.
The certificates will be issued in duplicate, one for the car, and the otner for the driver, who thus is able to drive any’ car or motor cycle, while the car cun be driven by anybody with the permission of the policy holder.
Two million' certificates will be issued before the end of the year, when every motor cyclist and motorist will he compelled to show a certificate on demand.
