A WOMAN’S WILL
LITIGATION PRECAUTIONS
SYDNEY, Noy. 6. The lale Mrs. Eliza Porter, of Newcastle, probate of whose will was granted to-day, took a remarkable precaution to ensure that her estate should not be swallowed up by litigation. A proviso in the will declared that should any beneficiary during his litetinie, and within 10 years after her death, dispute the validity of any bequest, that beneficiary should lose all rights under the will. Testator, who died on September zb, left estate valued at. £31,622.
