Beattie, lessee of house property, Gladstone road, Gisborne, subject to mortgage under the D.S.S. Act. —Permission granted. Schedule of “thirds” for approval, Wairoa County Council schedule showing thirds accrued for the period eliding May 31, 1930 (£215 11s).— Schedule approved, and Receiver of Lands Revenue authorised to pay the amount claimed under tho schedule. Commissioner’s schedule of “thirds” duo to the Cook County Council for the period ending November 30, 1929 (£lO 17s 10d).— —Schedule approved, and authority issued for payment. Application for consent to transfer, section 24, Patutahi suburbs, 5 acres, Patrick Rodgers to'Donald M. Rodgers. —Approved. Application for consent to sublease, lot 17, part section 134, town of Gisborne, Public Trustee, in estate of A. L. Double, deceased, to T. H. Oorntlnvaite.—Granted. .Withdrawal of consent to transfer, section 2, block VIII., Opotiki, 40 acres, James Henry Parkinson to Ernest J. Parkinson.—Consent with drawrn.
Reduction in rental, application of A, J. Macrae for a reduction in rental payable on grazing rights of section *2, block XIV., Waioekq S,D,, 1690 acres. —Resolved that resolution passed at October meeting, to' offer grazing rights by tender, bo given effect to. Disposal of land, proposal to dispose of lot 6, section 5, block VI., Taramaramn S.D., 14ac. 2r. 08p., to G. Little .on special tenure lease, submitted for final consideration by the board. Proposal approved, lessee to pay an increased rental.
