Hair Longer and Curly
THE leading hairdressers of London were in Paris recently—deciding, with the assistance of their French colleagues, the notv ways in which women were to be encouraged to dress their hair. Here are some of their secrets.
“The hairdressing chiefs will not have women’s hair short or cut at the nape o-f the neck. They will not have it long and dressed in a bun or a chignon. They insist that it must be longer than it has been for some years, and yet not nearly as long as it was years before that. One thing they are particularly firm about.
Customers ’ must have curls —any kind of curls from Nell Gwynn ringlets to kiss curls.
