Resolutions suggesting the formation of a league of women buyers, who would wear a badge indicating that they supported New Zealand industries, were recently passed by the Bayswatc.r, Belmont and the Birkenhead women's associations. Information lo this effect was contained' in a letter received from Miss Ellen Melville at a meeting of the committee of the Auckland Manufacturers’ Association.
