INQUIRY AT GENEVA GENEVA, Nov. (i. Acl dressing the Mandates Commission, Sir Thomas Wilford reviewed the position of Western Samoa. lie said no further disturbances were expected. Pacification seemed, general. The administration hopes to arrange a Legislative Council, including natives.
The commission will continue its exami nation to-morrow.
