Latest iigdrCs relating to Australian overseas trade show that the gap between exports and imports has been closed. For the first throe months of the present financial year the total exports amount to 14 over the total of imports. The heavy fall in imports, and the export of gold, combined to produce a favorable turn in the aggregate figures. Imports show a contraction of 45- per cent.
