SEQUEL TO A COLLISION (Pur Press Association > CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Holding that the defendant had not been guilty of negligence, the jury found against the plaintiff in the claim for damages amounting to 81749 by Henry •lames Cornwall, a laborer, of Ashburton, who proceeded against Frank Fussell, a cab proprietor, of Ashburton, in the Supreme Court yesterday, the case arising out of a collision on the Alford Forest road on January 7.
