A beautiful piece of work, the new font for St. Paul’s Presbyterian Chinch, Napier, has just arrived from Italy. Presented by the St. Paul’s Ladies’ Guild as a memorial to the, late Mrs .T. A. Asher, the font is of Carrara marble. Surmounting tho font is the beautifully carved figure of a child in the attitude of dropping flowers into tho font.
