UNIFORM RATES
CABLES AND WIRELESS (Received May 3, noon.) LONDON, May 2. An agreement equalising cable and wireless rates to Australia at the wireless level is now awaiting the approval of the 'Commonwealth. It' the Commonwealth agrees, the Imperial Communications Advisory Committee will immediately endorse the arrangement.
