BURTON CUP TOURNEY FIFTH ROUND MATCHES The fifth round games in all fiVe sections of the Rurton Cup tournament, conducted under the auspices of the Gisborne Bowling Centre, were disposed of this morning, and the final gamqs in the section' play commenced this afternoon, with the exception of E, section, m which the number of rinks called for only five games each. Up to noon to-day, when the ’fifth round was completed., the leaders in the respective sections were : A section: W. Sinclair, 5 .wins, no losses B section: Craig, 4 wins, one loss. C section. Parkinson, 5 wins, no losses. II section: Budd and Henderson, 4 wins, one loss each E section: Martin and Allan, 4 wins, one loss each. in the first four sections, there is still another section game to be disposed of, but in E section, Martin and Allan have qualified for the post-section play. Results of the fifth round games were as under> A section: Murray 25 v. MacCibbon 19; Sinclair 25 y. Morse 22; Bissell 36 v. Hues ton 17. B section: Short 23 v. Colley 21; Craig 29 v. Rothwell 14: Seymour 24 v. Moody 18; .Moore 28 v. Jennings 21. 0 section: Parkinson 50 v. Bell 18; Stephenson 36 -v. Town 11; Prince 32 v. Neill 20; Hickman 37 v. Orviss 14. 1) section: Budd 21 v. "Wilkinson 19; Henderson 33 v. Harkess I,>; Wilson 25 v. Fi.schbftch 19. E section: Allan 30 v. Coleman 15; Somervell 25 v. Jenkins 17: Martin 28 v. Crawford 23.
