EUROPEAN ACTION URGED PRAGUE, April IS). Dr. llozua, president of the International Agrarian Bureau, urges united action by all agrarians against American, Canadian and Argentine wheat production. It is stated that he will shortly summon the agrarian'leaders, who will meet at Geneva, in an attempt to persuade them to agree to united action .against tho New World with the European establishment, of uniform tariffs against Canada, America and Argentine, which will be for five years. DROUGHT CAUSES REDUCTION NEW YORK, April 10. ■The New York Times’ correspondent at Kansas City states that March was the driest in Kansas for 411 years, with the exception of 1010. It has accomplished the reduction in wheat acreage so long urged. In the great hard wheat belt whore there has boon no appreciable moisture since November, heavy inroads have boon made into the acreage. Some large producing countries report a 115 per cent, loss through drought and hot winds. The loss has been so heavy that, despite increased acreage, which went, into wheat last autumn, the crop may fall below normal.
