In London there was a brief thunderstorm and elsewhere low temperatures, heavy rain, hail, sleet and northerly winds reaching gale force. Mr. Ramsay MacDonald and his daughter Isbbel were practically blown from the golf links at Lossimouth. it. is cold alsp in France and Germany.
