THE “SEASON” IN EUROPE LONDON, April 8. “The season in the Riviera is unsatisfactory, and business at Brighton is disappointing,” said Sir George Dnwuay, chairman of the Gordon Hotels Co. ‘•Fortunately, as the Mayfair Hotel was selected for housing the greater part of the United States’ delegates to the naval conference, so far there has been a very substantial increase in business there, helping to offset the decline at Brighton and in the Riviera.”
