PILOTLESS PLANES
RESTRICTION OF OPERATIONS (Received April 21, 11 tp.m.) LONDON, April 20. As a result of the successful flights of the robot planes on April 1, the international air convention has been amended to provide that pilotless aircraft should fly only over their own countries.
