LONDON, April fi. A curious echo of the exchange position comes from Australia House, to which the parents of a 20-year-old Sydney girl applied asking the reason why she was not returning. The girl told friends that she could not return because her parents were-nimble to cable her passu,ge tnonev owing to the credit restrictions. The truth was that the girl received the money, but did not wish to return with so usefiul a ready-made excuse. She used the mohey for other purposes.
