SOUTH ISLAND MEETING THREE MATCHES DECIDED (Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, this day. ■The- South Island championship rifle meeting opened at Vernon range yesterday under perfect conditions. Except for the prizewinners, the shooting was mediocre. Three matches were finished yesterday, and a start'made with the .service matches, which will Le continued to-day.
