DEATH AT RACES
MR. CHARLES ELGAR (Per Press Association.) FEATHERSTON. this day. A gloom was cast over the Tauherenikau race meeting to-day, when, at .about 12.30 p.m., Mr. Charles Elgar, well known in sporting circles throughout New Zealand, fell dead during lunch.
