SOVIET'S COTTON CONTRACT
LONODON, April 7. The Soviet trade delegation to Berlin has concluded a contract for the sale of Soviet sewing cotton to the extent of several millions of marks. It will be sold cheaper than the existing makes, and it is believed to be'rin attempted dump it throughout Europe, although the Soviet assorts otherwise.
