NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN
BUDAPEST, April 5. It's never too late—to learn to drive a taxi. Samuel Polgar, who is 80 years of ago, basked in the glory of being.the last owner-driver of Budapest's horse eab. Recently lie set. out on a jaunt round Europe with no other mean's of trausport but his beloved eab. He had' the time of his life, and, on his return home, presented the vehicle to the municipal museum. In return for the compliment, the city has given him a taxi license free, and Polgar is busy learning the intricacies of changing gears' andrking'plbgsVwith a view to repeat-' his European venture.
