TWO ARRESTS MADE
PALM ISLAND SHOOTING NATIVE AND OFFICIAL (Received April 17, 11 a.m.) TOWNSVILLE, April 17. Two arrests have been made following the recent shooting* of Robert Curry, the Palm Inland superintendent, by an aborigine. The arrests followed a decision of the Government to prosecute certain persons involved in the tragedy. One is an aborigine who is alleged to have fired the shot that killed Curry as he landed on the beach. The" second man is an official who will be charged with counselling the execution of the crime.
