TRAGEDY RECALLED LONDON, April 6. Thirteen years ago, Mr. William Duffy, then "of the Second Australian Pioneers (now secretary to tho Australian Minister of Customs), was working with 15 comrades near Menkin Gate, Vpres, when a German *shell fell and killed 13. To-day. Duffy visited the spot with Mr. Fenton and Captain Martin, of the War Graves Commission.
