W. Collins, when he was farewelled by members of his staff. Opportunity was also taken to welcome Mr. G. W. Mr. Collins, responding to Solicitous remarks by the Hon. .1. B. "I am delighted to return from Samoa and to have the opportunity of renewing associations with such an excellent staff," said Mr. Clinkard. "I am happy to get back and take up work with this department, somewhere about where I left off when I went to Samoa. I don't want to go through another year like the last one." Mr. Clinkard said he was delighted to know that New Zealand was going to have two such excellent representatives in Canada and Australia as Mr. Collins and Mr L. J. Schmitt. He hoped to make the three departments he would be taking over a "real live show."
