TO-NIGHT'S FEATURES IYA: Mr. and Mrs W. Scott will give pianoforte and vocal novelties. Also on the programme will be the Snappy Three and the IYA Orchestral Octet.* Mr. A. B. Chappell, M.A., will give a topical talk. One item in tho Orchestral' Octet's programme is tho suite, "Russet and Gold," by Sanderson. ' 2YA: The City Silver Bund will givo la concert, assisted by Miss Myra :Sawver (soprano), Mr. William Bourdnian' (baritone), Miss Ivy Stanton (contralto), and Ml. William Renshaw (teilor)'. Miss Zona .Tupp will bo heard in several recitals, both gravo ami gay. Mr. Norman Izett will contribute piano novelties. At !> p.m. Mr. .T. W. Collins, who is leaving shortly for Canada to take up the 'position of Trade Commissioner for New Zealand, will broadcast a farewell address.
JiYA: The Studio Octet wiii provide instrumental items, including Bach's "Suite it) I)," the " Yalse Trlsto," by Sibelius, Tschaikow.sky 's '' Nutcracker 'Suite," ".Melodies of Groig," and "Entr'acte and Yalse," by Dclibes. TO-MORROW’S FEATURES IYA : Commencing at noon, tins, threehour devotional, services to he hold in St. Mary’s Cathedral will he relayed. At 7.30 p.m. there will be a relay front the Reresford street Congregational Church of the combined congregational service, the preacher being the .Rev. 11. p. Roberts. Following this service there will be a special programme from the studio, including a gramophone, lecturerecital, entitled “I’assion Music.” 2YA : At 3 p.m. will be broadcast t ho ceremony in St. Gerard’s lledemptorist Church of the Stations of the. Cross. At 7 p.m. the cantata “Olivet to Cavalry’’ will by relayed from St. Thomas’ Anglican Church, Wellington South. A studio concert will follow.
3YA will be on! the air at 11 a.m., when a service conducted by the llev. T. W, Armour under the auspices of the Ministers' Association will be relayed from the Oxford Terrace Baptist Church. The special preacher will bo the Rev. L. Mc.MuSfer. At 7.30 p.m. there will be a relay from (be Anglican Cathedral of Bach's •■St. Matthew's Passion," to be sung by the cathedral choir. A studio concert will follow.
4,\'A : At 10.30 a.m. a service held in Moray Place Congregational Church under the auspices of the Council of Christian Congregations will be broadcast.
