, TRANS-ATLANTIC FLIGHT 12 SEAPLANES TO TAKE PART (Received April 17. 2 p.m. ) ROME. April 16.
Plans are being- advanced for a Rome to New York flight by 12 seaplanes. Thirty pilots are. in training for the flight', and from these 12 will be selected. Two cruisers and six destroyers tire, being stationed between the Azores, and New York for rescue if the 'planes are forced down. It. is expected thai tho flight will commence in the autumn,
