11 WORKMEN DROWNED BUCHAREST, Feb. lit. Eleven workmen were drowned in the Danube .to-day near Calarasi. Thirteen workmen had hired a boat to ferry them across the river to thenwork in Si in stria. The ferry, roweu by four boatmen, struch a shifting whirlpool in the river and capsized, Only two of the workmen and the four boatmen were able to reach the bank,
