CONCESSION TO NELSON (Per Proas Association.) NELSON, last night. The Shipping Committee's decision to send live steamers to Nelson to partially load with apples and jfars is greatly appreciated by exporters, as a considerable saving will In; effected and there will he less handling of fruit. Probably a large cool store will be erected at Port Nelson before the next export season commences, in which the fruit will be assembled for ocean liners. The Harbor Board is sympathetic, but will confer with exporters before a definite scheme is decided on.
