ave you m *£i m § This is one of a series of HIGHLANDER Recipes appearing each fortnight —cut them out and keep them by you. m :*t: RECIPE.— 3 tablespoonfuls "Highlander Milk" diluted with Yt, pint water. V/ 2 oz. Cornflour. methodMix the cornflour with a little of the milk till smooth. Put the rest of the milk into a pan and bring to the boil. When boiling, stir into the cornflour, return to the pan, and cook over the fire for ten minutes, stirring all the ivhile. When cooked, pour into a wetted mould, and allow to set; when set, turn out on a cold dish and put a little jam on each end of the dish, or serve with stewed fruit NOTE:—A few drops of flavouring essence, such as vanilla, almond, or ratafia may be added.
