SPRING CAMPAIGN STARTS

As a result the Government is now busy commandeering all available tonnage "for the transport of soldiers northward to ibeet the latest threat, coining from \en Hsi-slum, the Shansi war lord, who lias hitherto been neutral, but. now despairs of the Government $ ability to unify the country.
