OWNER TO CLAIM SUBSIDY (Received Feb. 15, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 15. Rumors are current in Newcastle that if he re-opens Richmond Main colliery Mr. John Brown, the owner, will ask a subsidy of 2s a ton.
