INCREASE IN SUBSIDIES (Received Fob. 12, 11 a.m.) OTTAWA, Fob. 11. A report from Montreal states that Government, subsidies for aeroplane passenger services arc likely. This was intimated by General J. W. MacPrion, Director of Government Air Services, who said grants would onable fares to.be on par with the railways, instead of three times as largo, as at present.
