BACK TO ORTHODOX ISLAMISM ~, . PESHAWAR,,Dec. 5. Tho following points,are contained in a proclamation by King Nadir Shah, the new ruler of Afghanistan, in' setting forth his policy:— ■ Tho principles of Islamic (Hanifi) law will be the basis of the administration. Total prohibition of alcoholic liquor. Establishment' of-a military school and an arsenal for manufacturing modern arms. Continuance of the ex-King Amanullah's relations with foreign Power's, Development of commercial relations with foreign Powers. The old Council of State to bo continued and a Prime Minister to form n Cabinet subject to Iho approval of tho King.
