PARLIAMENT MEETS TO-DAY (Received Feb. 11, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 11. The State Parliament re-assembles today. It is believed that it may have to adjourn for two or three days, because the Premier and Treasurer must attend, the financial conference at Canberra, and the Opposition may refuse pairs.
