MURDERER ACQUITTED
TENDER-HEARTED JURY (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Fell. 11, 10 a.rn.) VIENNA, Feb. 9. Karl Lulcselt has been acquitted by a tender-hearted jury of a charge of murder, when, in front of a, child aged six, lie put four bullets into his wife’s body. A fine of 8s was imposed for illegal possession of a revolver. Luksch is noted for his brutality, and recently served six weeks’ imprisonment for stabbing his stepmother.
