“PRINCIPLES BETRAYED” A HOSTILE RESOLUTION (Received February 11, noon) LONDON, Feb. 10. The Westminster branch of the Independent Labor Party proposed a resolution for the conference disapproving of the Labor Government as betraying the principle of socialism in the interests of reaction. The Richmond (branch appends an addendum demanding tho resignation of the Cabinet, and calling on the Westminster branch to form a government.
