ACCIDENTS DURING CONTESTS (Pm Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Leon Arthur Sowerby, 25, a married man, ft motor-cyclist, when racing at Blandford Park last night, fractured Ins leg when it was taught between tho rear wheel and fork of tho machine. This b the third time he has been injured while competing at the park. The first time ho gashed his leg, necessitating eight stitches, and on the next occasion he broke his collarbone after winning several events. i 9
