The commissioner says he found nearly JLOO fine boys, ranging from 6 to 16 years, on the farm. All are being_.educated and trained in agriculture. Thirty had just ariived from Home. "In speaking to them,' says the commissioner, "I urged them to take their coats off, roll up their shirt sleeves, and work, work, work, for that is the only royal road to success in life."
