Tho general inconvenience occasioned by the delays of coastal vessels as. a result of this week's storm was nothing to that caused to a bridegroom at sea, and a bride in Gisbome. They were to have been married in Gisborne al 1.30 p.m. yesterday, and the fact that the vessel 'was*, due here in the morning suggested that unless something out of the ordinary happened nothing should interfere with the* ceremony. A storm is nothing unusual to those at sea, but it was sufficient to delay the arrival of the vessel until last night, too late, to proceed with the ceremony. Arrangements were made for the wedding to be postponed for a day, and it was duly celebrated this afternoon.
