LORD CRAIGAVON

ADVICE TO NEW ZEALAND 'CEMENT LOYALTY OF EMPIEE' (Per I'resa Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A largely attended and cordial reception was given by the New Zealand Ulster Association to Lord and Lady Oraigavon at the Town Hall last night, when the visitors wero presented with suitable New Zealand gifts. Lord Craigavou was given a beautiful casket of New Zealand woods, and Lady Graigavon a case of spoons. In his speech in reply, Lord Craigavon traced the history of legislation ; in Northern' - Ireland since separation from the South, which he claimed had had most beneficial results. His advice to New, Zealand was: "Begin at the bottom and try to help those who aw least able to help themselves. Do ." everything you can to cement the loyalty of the people and the loyalty of the Ltapire. When i return Home there will not be a stauncher man who ban ever spoken in the interests of New Zealand, not even my old friend the late Mr. W. F. Massey, than I when I extol the virtues of" your beautiful f country."
