LIBEL CASE ADJOURNED
(Par Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day: The decision on the application for an adjournment of the case 0. F. Nelson versus the Kew Zealand Herald was deferred by Mr. Justice flerdman till to-morrow. His Honor was 'informed by Alt. Hall Skelton that a radiogram had been sent to Samoa requesting the Administrator to allow plaintiff's witnesses to come to the Dominion. A reply is awaited.
