GIRL TO GO BEFORE COURT (VnT Press Association.) CHKIftTCHIJKCH, this .lay. Following on the refusal of a witness to answer questions put to her by Chief Detective Carroll and the Magistrate, Mr. E. D. Mosloy, S.M., this morning, in a serious charge, the Magistrate directed the police to bring the witness, a young girl, before the Children's Court, on a charge of perjury. "Jfo matter how young the girl is," Mr.'Mosley said, "she can't be allowed to come before the court and perjure herself in this way."
