Melbourne's New Bridge
Melbourne's latest bridge over the Yarra, at Spencer street, will probably bo opened on February 7. The cost of construction is about £2i>,ooo less.than the original estimate of £200,000, given to the State Cabinet in 1927. Twenty-six councils will share half of this cost, the other half being borne by Melbourne City Council.
