WELLINGTON, this day. i An account of a terrific duststorm experienced outside Port Pirio was given by .the master of the AngloCanadian, which arrived on Sunday. It was impossible to sec a ship's length beyond .the bridge. The anchor was dropped and for 1-1 hours the vessel was swept by hoi brown dust, which penetrated every crevice, i! is estimated that afterwards nine tons of dust were shovelled overboard.
