SAILOR MISSING
FELL OFF FERRY BOAT (Pur Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this clay. A sailor bcloning to H.M.S. Veronica fell overboard from the ferry steamer Maknra near Devonport at 8.30 last night. A boat with a crew of tour was sent out from the Philomel as soon as the accident was reported, but after cruising for two hours with the searchlight going incessantly, no trate Of the man could be found.
