The report issued by Tarap&ki i 01l fields, foif the week ended on |December 28, 1920, stated: “Gisborne iKo. 2 well : After cleaning out to 13010 ft, incoming water accompanied by Bi good show of gas, caused heavy caving ■t 3050 ft. H|b are now endeavoring to Khut off water ,and gas :pid check the Having, with mud high pressure.” ■ This repsrt was referred to the general Bkiiagqr of Taranajti Oil Reids, Mr- AHf: P. -Moline, to-day with ?n inquiry as I*o whether any further developments Jihad occurred.
