SLUMP IN POTATOES
SYDNEY MARKET CHANGE (Received November 23, noon.) SYDNEY, Nov. 23. The heaviest slump' in the potato market for years occurred yesterday, when, to enliven the stagnant market, sellers cut the prices of new season’s tubers by £lO to £l7 per ton. Sales were slow even then.
