Air. 1). W. O’Neil, of the Stamp Duties Department in Gisborne, has received notice of transfer to Napier, and will probably leave within two or three weeks to take up his new duties. Mr. O'Neil will replace Air. li. 0. Thompson, of Napier, who has been transferred to Auckland.
