AMERICAN TARIFFS
INCREASE ON WOOL (Received Nov. 23, 10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 22. The Senate, by a. vote of 44 to 26, adopted a duty of 34 cents, per pound on raw wool, similar to the figure the House approved, and four cents, above the present rate.
